Patient-First Injury Care

Evaluation, Care & Documentation

Personal injury care may involve more than treatment alone. The goal is to understand what may have been injured, document relevant findings, provide appropriate care, and recognize when additional imaging or another healthcare provider should be involved.

Careful Evaluation Accident history, symptoms, movement, examination findings, and other relevant injury concerns are considered.
Individualized Chiropractic Care Recommendations are based on the patient’s findings, symptoms, needs, and response to care.
Clear Clinical Documentation Relevant findings, diagnoses, treatment, progress, and referrals are documented throughout the course of care.
Referral & Coordination When clinically appropriate, Dr. Collin can help coordinate MRI imaging, specialist evaluation, physical therapy, pain management, or other medical care.
